X52 delivers precise flight simulator operation, employing a multifunction LCD for easy access to an astounding minimum of 105 programmable commands. You should NOT load a "profile" (keyboard mapping to the joystick buttons) as Elite Dangerous supports the joystick natively. I recommend making your own profile though, it's easier to come up with something that makes sense to you rather than trying to figure out something that makes sense to someone else. This package contains the files needed for installing the Mad Catz Saitek X52 Pro Flight Controller Driver. Q4: any other general advice for someone about to plug in an X52 for the first time?! Then for the last two days i have been waiting impatiently for my X52 (note that it's not the X52 Pro) to arrive in the post.
I have loaded the VA profiles from the HCS pack into VA. I have very recently installed ED, VA and HCS ASTRA.
